The Partnership is a group of local stakeholders working to protect the high quality natural resources of the Kishwaukee River Watershed. Formed in 1996 under the Conservation 2000 Ecosystems Program from IDNR. Mission: to raise awareness of the ecological, recreational, cultural and economic importance of the Kishwaukee River and to coordinate and encourage efforts to foster stewardship, protect and enhance its natural resources. Membership: is open to all who support the mission and goals of the group. |
